How to return or exchange items  purchased online from RMUNDIES?

Returns

Based on current laws, we cannot accept exchanges/returns of used, or worn underwear which includes trying on RMUNDIES undies when they arrive to your address unless deemed defective by us or from shipment.  Defective merchandise (this rarely happens) will be replaced free of charge. If incorrect merchandise is shipped in error, we will ship the correct merchandise free of charge.

Refunds for accepted returns will be applied as credit towards future purchases, or to the original payment method only. Refunds issued to credit/debit cards may take up to seven (14) business days to be credited.

Exchanges

If merchandise is returned for an exchange to a different size you will be required to pay shipping fees for the exchange shipment to return back to us.  However, we will cover the shipping costs of the new exchange back to you. Exchanges must be unworn  and can not be tried on for fit purposes, and contain all original product packaging and tags still attached to the garment.

If the original tags have been removed from the garment we will not honor an exchange.
