Hey there! In this section we're gonna try to answer your frequently asked questions just in case you're unsure about what we do here at RMUNDIES!
How do I place an order?
Once you've found a pair of RMUNDIES underwear you like, choose your size and any other options available and click add to cart. Then once you are finished shopping, click the cart icon at the top of the page to view your items. Then you can checkout with Paypal from there.
Which currency do you use?
Since we are based in Texas in the United States, we use the US dollar.
How are taxes handled?
Taxes will be automatically generated at the checkout point based on your shipping location, if applicable.
What payment processor do you use?
At the moment we use Paypal to process our payments.
Do I need a paypal account to buy RMUNDIES?
No you don't need an account with Paypal! If you have an account then you don't have to enter the full payment details. If you don't have a Paypal account, you'll just enter your payment details as usual.
What credit cards do you take?
We definitely take the major 4 credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) through our Paypal payment processor.
How long will it take to receive my RMUNDIES?
We always say about 7-14 days. I know that sounds like a lot but don't forget we don't have underwear stocked up ready to go. Our underwear is meticulously handcrafted by the skilled professionals in our design studio, much like a couture garment. And similar to a restaurant, we don't make it until you order it.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
No, Shipping is free on all purchases EXCEPT for returned
items due to you ordering the wrong size. You will be responsible
for paying return shipping costs and other fees!
How do you ship the RMUNDIES?
We use USPS Priority Mail.
Do you offer any other shipping methods?
Not at the moment because of the time it takes to assemble your garment. The only option at the moment is USPS Priority Mail which we use automatically.
Do you include insurance with the shipment?
Yes each package we ship is insured.
What about a tracking number so I can track my purchase?
Good question! We will send you a copy of the tracking number to the email address you give us, or the email that is associated with your Paypal account when you ordered your garment. If you didn't receive a trackng number, we may be still processing your order and when we complete it and ship it, then you will receive a tracking number. Do you ship outside of the US?
Sorry, not at the moment :( But in the future we plan to open up our shipping to spread RMUNDIES all over the World.
What if I want to refund my purchase?
Great Question! The earlier in the process the better. If your garment is still with us, We'll give you a 100% Refund on your purchase. Once we have mailed your garment, if it gets lost, or doesn't show that it's delivered, and you would rather not receive a replacement, you can get a 100% refund. But once you've worn your garment or tried on the garment because of Federal laws in the garment industry (and for sanitary reasons) we can't accept it back.
For any other situations, a decision will be made within our communication with you.
